Lori Gibson is passionate about helping leaders at every level understand their impact, build their influence and achieve greater results. She has served clients and internal customers in industries as diverse as telecommunications, insurance, health care, professional services, utilities and transportation. Gibson brings a practical, engaging, and collaborative approach to her work, based on almost 40 years of experience as a trainer, consultant, business owner, coach, and organizational leader. In her most recent role as organizational development partner for UnityPoint Health – Meriter, she was responsible for supporting leaders by designing and delivering practical and engaging learning opportunities, providing coaching, and facilitating teambuilding. She also collaborated with HR colleagues to provide performance management and onboarding programs that increase performance and provide positive experiences for staff. Gibson recently retired from full-time work and is enjoying traveling more, hiking, and volunteer work as well as re-engaging with her leadership training and consulting work.
